ತೋಡ ಭಾಷೆ
ತೋಡ ಭಾಷೆ ಯು ದ್ರಾವಿಡ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ಗುಂಪಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಒಂದು ಭಾಷೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ತಮಿಳು ನಾಡಿನ ನೀಲಗಿರಿ ಜೆಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಡ್ದಗಾಡು ಜನಾಂಗದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿದು ಪ್ರಪಂಚದ ಅಳಿವಿನಂಚಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದೆ.ಇದನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವ ಜನರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸುಮಾರು ೧೬೦೦ (೨೦೦೧ರ ಜನಗಣತಿ).ಕೋಟ ಭಾಷೆಯಂತೆ ಇದು ಕೂಡ ಹಳೆಗನ್ನಡದಿಂದ ಬಂದಿರಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ[೧]
