ಗೌರತಮಿಯವರು ೧೯೯೮ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದೀಪ್ ಭಾಟಿಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿವಾಹವಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇವರಿಗೆ ೧೯೯೯ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಗು ಜನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅದೆ ವರ್ಷ ವಿಚ್ಛೇದನ ಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆ ನಂತರ ೨೦೦೫ರಿಂದ ಕಮಲಹಾಸನ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲಿವಿಂಗ್ ಟುಗೆದರ್ ಸಂಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇವರಿಬ್ಬರು ''ಅಪೂರ್ವ ಸಗೋದರ್ಗಳ್ ಚಿತ್ರದ ವೇಳೆ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನವೆಂಬರ್ ೧, ೨೦೧೬ರಂದು, ಗೌತಮಿಯವರು ಕಮಲಹಾಸನ್ ಜೊತೆಗಿನ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸಿತ್ತಾರೆಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
