Usage

This template is used to provide attribution when content has been imported from web sources that are dually licensed under CC-By-SA and GFDL. The license must be verifiable, either in release placed on the website so imported or through permission documented via OTRS. (See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.)
This template contains four parameters:
- source: The name of the source website. Required.
- sourcepath: The URL of the source page or website. Required.
- sourcearticle: The name of the page or section of the page being incorporated. Optional. This field is not necessary or appropriate when multiple pages from the website are being used.
- date: The date the template is placed. Five tildes will also work for this purpose. Required.
- All parameters:
{{Dual|source=SOURCE WEBSITE NAME|sourcepath=URL|sourcearticle=ARTICLE NAME AT SOURCE|date=date}}
- Absent a specific page or section name:
{{Dual|source=SOURCE WEBSITE NAME|sourcepath=URL|date=date}}
